Age Groups

	Age 8-11 Program is based on developing the solid foundations of technique. Curriculum is delivered in an encouraging, positive and motivating fashion creating a non- threatening environment that fosters new learning. Participants leave the program better Keeper’s with a stronger confidence in their skills, knowledge and ability. Training Details Warm up & cool down Set position General handling techniques- thrown service, all heights Distribution-control and short passing Volleying from hands Ball familiarity Basic stretching And importantly FUN and ENJOYABLE

	Age 12-14 Increased development of technical skills and tactical understanding are enhanced through creative exercises and games. Learning to “concentrate” and “how” to train is a feature of the program. Increased demands help to develop and sharpen skills necessary to perform in matches. Training Details Warm up and cool down Set position General handling- thrown/kick service all heights Positional play-'into and down the line' Diving techniques Crosses- thrown serve Distribution Volleying from hands/short goal kicks 1v1 Principles Selection/trial possibilities

	Age 15-17 This program features increased physical and psychological demands as the keeper begins to approach the adult game. Attention to detail and the demand for quality are the corner stones of this excellent program. Increased awareness of the demands on goalkeepers at the highest level is achieved through the pace and quality of these sessions.
